The fourth annual Sixth Form Trip to Málaga, which took place during the first week of the Easter holidays, was highly successful and enjoyable.  Activities followed what has become a customary pattern, with lessons in the morning at the ‘Academia de Idiomas’, free time in the early afternoon, and cultural activities in the late afternoon and early evening before the evening meal with host families.

As our visit coincided with the end of Holy Week, we were also able to attend some of the ‘procesiones’ with their magnificent thrones.  This year’s day excursion was to Seville, where we visited the majestic ‘Reales Alcázares’, with its Mozarabic architecture and, after an enjoyable lunch ‘al aire fresco’, the cathedral.

The eight boys proved to be excellent company for their accompanying teachers, Chispa Prini-Garcia and Paul Corbett, and the week was made all the more pleasant by the sun and blue skies which we enjoyed throughout our stay.
