One of our History teachers, Mr Brown, has been shortlisted in a Dynamic Earth Photography Competition. The competition was to photograph an 'earth superhero', and Mr Brown submitted this photo which he took after a bush fire in New South Wales. The flower had very quickly burst through the charred ground, highlighting just how resilient nature and life can be. He is one of 6 listed finalists, and the competition is open to public vote here:
