A reunion for Merchistonians who left in 1982 was held on November 24th.
Eleven Merchistonians, plus some partners and children, attended the Rugby Supporters' Lunch prior to the games against Fettes. Many commented that it was the first time they had been back to the School since leaving! Everyone enjoyed catching up over drinks and a lunch of sausages and mash, before leaving for a guided tour of the school prior to the rugby matches.
Later that evening, the group met at Teuchter's bar in the West End before heading to Petit Paris restaurant. It was, by all accounts, a very successful evening. Those attending were:
